Place
Seven Barbeque and Grill is located at San Jose District, along Pajares Avenue and is about in front of JBs Inato Grill. Eating on this diner has the feel of a backyard or outdoor grilling session and is quite hip with the street art wall painting and the over-all interior design of the place. They also have a bread shop in front and you may order food from the adjacent business which is “Dishtrict One” or vice versa.
Food
When we were there we ordered a value meal at P95.00. The value meal consists of a chopped portion of a Bellychon which is a product of the franchise of Ambroxia’s Bellychon with one cup of rice and a free juice drink. I also ordered a barbeque at P10 per piece. You may also ask the staff, as I did, to reheat the viand when you think it’s a little too cold. They also offer chicken adobo using native chicken which is a rare offer among the restaurants or diner in the city. Their other house specialties are Bird’s Nest and Tuna either in portions of panga or belly. They also cook various recipes of beef and soup.
Summary
What I love about the value meal we ordered is that for me it feels it was more than worth it. The portion of Bellychon is fairly generous and is very delectable and crunchy accompanied by a blue colored juice placed in a vintage milk bottle. It made for a rare experience not usual in Pagadian City. The only downside is that the place is a tad too small and, come rainy season, the diner may only accommodate lesser patrons on the sheltered portion of the diner.
